Q1. What is happening with Canna Care?
A1: As you know Canna Care has been providing premium cannabis products to the fraser valley over the years. As our fight to stay open continues, we have designed a delivery service so that our patients will not have to suffer during this time. Moving forward we would like our patients to begin using our delivery service as our retail shop may not be open in the future years.
Q2: How do I order?
A2: To place an order for SAME DAY local delivery of your cannabis order simply go to www.CannaCareBC.ca and find what you want. Once you find the items add each item to your online cart. Then, checkout online by providing your address and payment method. A driver will be assigned to your order and your delivery will arrive within the hour of the time slot selected! You can pay the driver cash upon delivery. E-transfer may be available.
Q3: How Can I Pay?
A3: We prefer if you can pay the driver cash at the time of delivery. We may have the ability to pay by e-transfer prior to delivery.
Q4: Where do you deliver and is there a fee?
A4: We will deliver to almost any area in the lower mainland. We focus on mainly Abbotsford, Langley, Mission, Chilliwack, Surrey, Aldergrove, New Westminster, and surrounding areas in Lower Mainland BC. Not sure if your in this area? Call us and we'll let you know. Delivery is FREE for all orders. There may however be a minimum order for your area. Ask one of our sales rep today.
Q5: What about our points? Will this still be offered?
A5: Yes we will still be offering a points system. We are working on converting all your points to our online portal. You will still earn the same 5% back as well.
Q6: What about the spinning wheel?!
A6: We all loved the spinning wheel at the Canna Care store. We will be constantly having new sales and promotions including discount codes and freebies with your order when you order online. We love giving back our valued customers. Our site is constantly being updated so please keep checking and sign up for our e-mail coupons for new deals and promotions we have.
Q7: Will the product be the same?
A7: Yes you will be able to receive all the same top quality cannabis products you were able to find in store and MORE. Using this new service we will be able to provide a bigger variety of flowers and other cannabis products. If you don't see something on the website please reach out to us and let us know so we can fix this for you. We need your help as the website is constantly going through updates.
